Grand Cayman
With 76 square miles, Grand Cayman is the largest of the three British Cayman Islands and is popular among many divers because of its close Caribbean proximity to the US. Shore diving spots are within walking distance of the many high and midrange resorts and it is among the highest-rated wall diving spots in the world. For those who like to mingle with the aquatic life, Stingray City and the West Bay turtle farm are essential destination locations. It is also an ideal choice for beginners. Even though Grand Cayman tends to be pricier than most other international dive spots, we can assist you in procuring economy lodging and low-cost transportation.
Cayman Brac
Located on a body of water in the Caribbean known locally as the “bogue,” Cayman Brac is a dream destination for history buffs and certified wreck drivers. The highlight is the 330 ft Russian Koni class frigate that was sunk by the Cayman government in ’96 and is one of the few Russian vessels permanently resting in the western hemisphere. The beach front resorts have been recently renovated and guests are attended to by friendly, knowledgeable staffs and foodies will appreciate the high end local cuisine. Because of Cayman Brac’s limited flight access, it is recommended that you let us know of your desired visiting dates as far in advance as possible.
Little Cayman
With few to no currents, Little Cayman is an ideal destination choice for families and beginners, yet is also a much-frequented location for advanced divers. Those looking for something different will definitely want to check out Bloody Bay and Jackson’s Bight, both located on the island’s north shore. The former consistently ranks near the top of worldwide wall sites and the local dive masters are some of most respected in the industry. Like its sister Cayman Brac, Little Cayman gets high marks for professionalism, cleanliness and excellent local food. It should be noted that getting to the island requires a stop-over at Grand Cayman.
